Code of Conduct

Hub Feenix is a non-profit community devoted to creativity, wellbeing, and lifelong learning. We’re guided by a love of life, fairness, curiosity, and generosity, and we do our best to let those values shape how we live together each day.

To help everyone feel safe, respected, and at ease, this Code of Conduct applies to everyone at Hub Feenix including instructors, course participants, event guests, and visitors. If a course or event has its own guidelines within a specific classroom or workshop, those may apply during the program. However, this Code of Conduct applies to all shared and public spaces, indoors and outdoors, at Hub Feenix at all times.

Course leaders and event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their participants are aware of and follow these guidelines through their communications, such as emails and social media.

To help everyone feel comfortable here, we ask that you keep the following in mind:

Respect & Kindness: Please treat one another with kindness, openness, and respect, regardless of background, identity, or status. Consent is essential, always. Course leaders are responsible for ensuring that this rule is followed within their course program. If you ever experience or witness harassment, even as part of a course program, let us know. We take it seriously and want everyone to feel safe here.

Peaceful Environment: We ask everyone to be considerate of others and help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere across both indoor and outdoor spaces. Please avoid behavior that may disturb or make others uncomfortable. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. In shared areas, please wear appropriate clothing, and use swimwear in the sauna or swimming in the lake.

Food & Substances: To support our sustainability values, only vegetarian food is permitted indoors. This means no meat or fish. Alcohol should be consumed minimally and mindfully. Other substances are not allowed.

Shared Resources: Please care for the space and equipment as if it were your own. Use of certain areas or tools should be agreed upon in advance, including any applicable fees.
