Everyone who visits Hub Feenix is asked to follow our Code of Conduct.
The group leader is responsible and needs to make sure that the workshop participants are aware of this and follow it.

Accommodation in shared double rooms, including 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch & dinner), use of the group space and one sauna evening.

• Accommodation before or after the event (one night, no meals included) +35€.
• Dinner at the end of the event (2 night events or longer) + 15€. Contact us for the offers for other extra meals if needed.
• Extra snack (for example afternoon tea/coffee with pastry) + 7€.
• If you wish to book the course package without meals, the price is -25€ less per night (possible only during summertime and for groups under 20 people).
• The basic package without accommodation (or in a tent or caravan) is -20€ less per night. But there's no reduction if the caravan needs electricity. Maximum 1/3 of the group can book without accommodation.
• Extra workshop space +10 € per person per day.
• We are also happy to offer extra free-time services for your group, e.g. treatments and horse riding, or relaxing free dancing as part of your program.
• Small groups under 15 people can be booked only when there is another group in the house too.
• For groups over 15 people, one leader gets to stay for free, and two leaders for groups over 30 people.
• If the event gets canceled, the group booking must be canceled immediately, one month before the date at the latest. 
• The group leader is asked to provide a list of participants, their booked room types, possible life threatening allergies and other food restrictions, and the schedule of the workshop at least 5 days before the event.
• The whole group package can be payed with an invoice by the event organizer, or each participant can pay their own package latest 5 days before the event in Hub Feenix's internet shop. Look at the Terms&conditions for the procedure in case of a participant cancelling his/her event booking.
